Yesterday I was lucky to get 2 rolls of expired film in an antique store in Turkey, like the topic, namely from the Polish film company Foton, Fotopan S 125 iso. The thing is, I couldn’t find any information about the film other than it’s orthopanchromatic and highly sensitive and discontinued dozens of years ago, so I wondered if anybody was able to shoot and develop one of these.
If a data sheet exists, in any language, it would be amazing. If not, pure experience would be also nice. If nothing is available, I would like to know if a technique to test any film and developer combination to determine development times, exist.
I thank you guys all in advance, stay safe and healthy!

Found a good thread about development-time-testing. The link is below for the interested:

Still hungry for a crumb of an information though. I don’t have darkroom and it can get easily humid and sticky in the darkbag, especially this time of the year. I want to use both rolls, since dev-times are not the only issue with expired stuff. Come on, guys, nobody?
