Liquid concentrate print developer with tone control. Long lasting. Dilute 1+9, or 1+15 for greater economy. Produces strong cold/neutral blacks and clean whites on most paper types. To get the coldest possible image tone, use at 1+7 and increase the development temperature to 80F.
