Fomatone MG Classic VC FB paper is a warm-tone, variable contrast B&W double-weight fiber base, specially designed for portrait photography and retro-style works, or for general purpose printing where a cream base is preferred.

The paper is manufactured using a special silver chlorobromide emulsion that gives the silver image a brown-green to warm-brown tone that can further be influenced by the type of developer used.

The cream tone paper base accentuates a rich scale of warm halftones, ranging from light cream to saturated brown-to-green. The paper has a low speed, making it suitable for contact work as well as enlargement. The silver chlorobromide emulsion of this paper is particulary effective with creative lith processes.

Suitable for use with all standard safelighting in with other common black-and-white photographic papers: yellow-green, orange and red safelighting with filters (e.g. Ilford 902, Osram Duka 50, Durst Sanat, Agfa G7, Agfa YJ7 etc.).

Matte 132 surface.
