VISA PURCHASING CARDS: If you wish to pay using a VISA PURCHASING CARD (this is a special type of VISA card, not a standard Visa card) then you should return to the cart and select "Invoice" as your Delivery Method and "Account/Purchase Order" as your Payment Method. We will then contact you to collect your card details by telephone. This service is available for all commercial and educational customers and account holders.
OTHER REJECTED CARDS: If your card is being rejected by Worldpay, please resubmit your order using "Paypal" as your Payment Method. You will then be able to complete the transaction using your credit card via Paypal. If your card is rejected by both Worldpay and Paypal, then please check with your issuing bank to verify that the card is active and that the billing address is correct.
SURCHARGES: We NEVER surcharge your card. In a few specific cases we have been informed by our customers that some issuing banks are adding a 1% surcharge to transactions. As a global business, we accept payments in multiple currencies and Worldpay processes these transactions internationally. If you have been surcharged by your card issuing bank, we will refund the 1% charge upon application. To avoid these charges occurring in future, we recommend that you use Paypal to complete your card transactions instead of Worldpay.
