All confirmations and information concerning your order is normally sent to you by email. It is your responsibility to make sure that you can receive our correspondence, so please whitelist our email address to ensure you receive information about your order.
Taxes and duties
All orders are shipped free of domestic sales tax. International customers are responsible for all import duties, local taxes and customs fees required upon entry into your country.

Deliverability
You must provide a street address suitable for delivery by UPS/FedEx and be available at that address for up to 15 business days for domestic orders or 30 business days for international orders after the order is placed. Some packages will require a signature, so it is your responsibility to make sure that a person is available to sign for your delivery. UPS/FedEx will normally make three delivery attempts before returning the item as undeliverable. All items returned as undeliverable are subject to a $15 restocking fee to cover the costs charged to us by the courier (costs may be higher for international returns). International orders are normally sent by USPS, but regardless of which carrier is used, it is your responsibility to make sure that you provide a deliverable address where someone is available to receive the package.
Returns
If we make an error on your order, or if you receive a damaged or defective item, you should retain the shipping box and all of its contents. Please contact our customer service department so that we may arrange to correct your order. All sales are final. If you are dissatisfied with any item we will do our best to help you, but we cannot offer a refund or accept a return once an item has shipped, except where there is an error or fault.
Substitutions
In some cases identical products are sold under different brand names. If one brand is unavailable, we may replace it with an identical item sold by a different manufacturer. We will never substitute a similar product, only one which is genuinely identical except for the brand name and packaging.
Backorders
Any backordered item(s) will remain on backorder until they become available. If you prefer for us to refund you and cancel the backorder, please let us know.
Payments
All sales are final and refunds are given solely at the discretion of company management. Digitaltruth Photo Ltd. reserves the right to refuse service to any customer. All payments must be received in full prior to shipping, except for items purchased on account. Account terms are 30 days net. A 2% monthly late payment fee may be charged if you do not settle your account within the terms of this agreement.
