Metol	2.5 g
Sodium Sulfite (anhydrous)	25 g
Hydroquinone	6.5 g
Sodium Carbonate (monohydrate*)	16 g
Potassium Bromide	1 g
Cold water to make	1L

* = 14 g Sodium Carbonate (anhydrous)

Mixing instructions: Add chemicals in specified sequence.

Dilution: Use undiluted

Starting point development time: 3 - 4 mins. (85F/29C)
