Ilford Multigrade Art 300
A new B&W silver gelatine paper from Ilford is due for release this Spring. Featuring a near-matt fine art surface and cool base with a neutral-warm image tone, Ilford Multigrade Art 300 is produced by Harman technology in co-operation with Hahnemühle FineArt GmbH.
The new paper has an acid-free 100% cotton rag paper base, similar to those found in other Hahnemühle FineArt inkjet papers, and is coated with a traditional Ilford Multigrade emulsion.
With fine art paper surfaces increasingly rare in traditional papers, this new product from Ilford looks like it might provide many darkroom users with a genuinely exciting new printing choice.
