Developing by tank (with intermittent agitation) I add 15% which gives around 06:19; hence, my recommendation of 6:15 (although I used 6:20).I surmise that many of the developing times published for F76+ are based upon the manufacturer’s “Product Bulletin” and should be adjusted by +15%. I will try this adjustment with other popular films with this developer.
