| Soluble Cheap Coffee (not decaf) | 20 | g |
| Washing Soda (Anhydrous Sodium Carbonate) | 5 | g |
| Mixing Instructions: Mix coffee in 1/2 liter water until it has no grain. Add soda, mix until all grittiness is gone and solution is uniform (if needed, add more sodium carbonate until a pH of 10.4 is achieved). Complete with water to make 1 Liter. Wait no more than 5 minutes until microbubbles clear. Use immediately as one-shot. |
