Hi,
I am a user in public darkroom in Aarhus, Denmark. We have just been given a very generous gift, a Kienzle a69s. It is by far the most advanced enlarger we have, but it came without a manual and I wondered if somebody could help me understand what the d-max control does (none of our other enlargers have this) – and why the contrast seems to have an additional half step to 5,5?
Cheers,
Kasper

Re: Help needed with Kienzle A69S
I do not know this Kienzle enlarger, but my guess is that the d-max control is some sort of neutral density filter. The additional half step of contrast of 5.5 is a nice touch. It should be very straight forward to use.Pihl wrote: ↑Fri Oct 26, 2018 4:19 pm Hi,
