I wasn't thinking straight and shot Kodak HIE with a red filter, with the in-camera meter at ISO 50. How much should I pull this? I usually develop film D76 1:1, maybe 6min and increase agitation?

The TTL camera meter doesn't read IR light, at least not completely or in a way that is usually accurate enough to determine exposures under varying conditions. Maybe someone who shoots a lot of IR film will be able to provide a better answer, but if you don't get any other responses then I think you should be more cautious than the time you suggest which may produce very thin negs. Kodak recommend 8.5 mins for 200 ASA with TTL metering, so you have effectively pulled the film two stops; however when developing overexposed film its usually a good idea to run the roll with a small reduction in time if you aren't experienced with the particular combination. I would try 7 minutes with full-strength D-76 (not 1+1).
