According to a thread on the APUG forum, the range of Paterson B&W chemicals will be continued, but supply is not expected until the early part of the new year.
A new version of Aculux is expected for those who prefer to scan negatives for digital output is mentioned by Geoffrey Crawley in a recent issue of `The Amateur Photographer`.

"Hi Ornello
The chemistry is currently not available due to the unexpected closure of our contractors production plant. However we are now working with a new contactor and hope to have the black & white range in production again by the end of the year.

Seems to me that the info I got corresponds to what you posted: Paterson expects to have chemistry back into production by Dec 2006, which means that distribtuion will begin shortly thereafter, in Jan 2007.Keith Tapscott. wrote:Just goes to show how reports differ, depending where the source of information comes from.Ornello wrote:From Paterson:Keith Tapscott. wrote:According to a thread on the APUG forum, the range of Paterson B&W chemicals will be continued, but supply is not expected until the early part of the new year.
