Discolouration on Ilford warmtone FB paper

recently I have been experiencing brown discolouration around the edges of the paper once dried. I have cleaned trays, changed to fresh dev and fix, and then yesterday there were two 'tram lines' from top to bottom on 2 sheets, in the same place.
Any one have any ideas? I thought it might be a problem with Ilford and the production of paper and films now the digital revolution is trying to take over...
