Rollei pan 25 and F76+

Has anyone had any experience with these two, does it increase the grain size?

FIRST Developers do not increase grain size they reduce it, disolving the smaller grains leaving the larger ones just smaller.

SECOND Develop the film as if it were PAN F, dilute 1+14 and develop for 5½ minutes as a starting point.
