ilfosol 3 and fomapan 400 film

Yes, I am stuck with this combination of film and developer.(Ilfosol 3 and Fomapan 400) My department head has bought a boatload of this stuff. I am having to switch from Ilfosol S to Ilfosol 3.
Does anyone have development time comparisons for these two developers? I have seen some tests and times for Fomapan 100, but not the faster version. The time on the tech sheet for the new developer seem to have no consistent correlation to the old developer times. Help!
