Times/dilutions for Plus-x & Rodinal semi-stand develop?

I'm new to this forum. This may have been answered already. Can I get a few suggestions for processing 35mm Plus-X ASA 100 in Rodinal semi-stand solutions? I've read 1+100 and 1+200 for 50 min to 90 min to 120 min at 68 F. Initial continuous agitation for 1 min and then the same about half way thru. Would one roll in a two reel tank be better than a one reel tank? There are a variety of exposure situations; outside in daylight and at dusk.
