Can I use Rollei ATP Spur Developer DC on any other film other than Rollei ATP 1.1? For example, would it work well on Ilford Delta 100?

ATP-DC is optimized for Rollei ATP film (Advanced Technical Pan) and is therefore a low contrast document developer. It will give reasonable results with other high contrast films (micro films or ortho films). I think it's a waste of time and material to use it on a regular medium speed panchromatic film.
