pull processing, Delta 3200 Ilford

Post by juantontomatoe »

Hello,
I just shot two rolls of Ilford 3200 film at 400 ASA. I was
wondering if you could assist me in finding the pull process time for
optimum results using Rodinal at 1:24 dilution? I understand that I
will not get good results, but I would like to salvage what I can. I
am also aware of post development reducing with Farmers as an adjunct.
Thanks for your time, Juan

According to Ilford's technical information for Delta 3200, use Rodinal diluted 1+25 for 5.5 minutes at 20*C. You might get more satisfactory negatives from undiluted Perceptol though at that exposure rating.

The true speed of this material is only about 1000, so I would simply process in Perceptol...at the time suggested for ISO 500 or so...
