need help developing neopan acros at iso200 in XTOL 1:1 68F

Post by JustinM »

I just recently shot a roll of fuji neopan acros 100 at iso 200 and I need help with a developing time for. the film was part of a portrait session that I shot in morning light from 6:30-8:20. even though I used a tripod I shot it at 200iso to get higher shutter speeds to reduce motion blur in the images and i'm not quite sure what time to use, the massive dev chart says 9.5 for iso 100 but has no time for iso 200 in XTOL 1:1.

so my question is, does anyone have experience developing neopan acros 100 shot at iso200 developed in XTOL 1:1 at 68F.

You need to guess an approximate time, so in this case I would consider adding about 15% to the development time for ISO 100. Maybe 11-12 minutes. There is no firm answer for push processing times unless you have tested in advance. You can use the Push Processing guide which can be accessed from the left hand menu of the Massive Dev Chart, but I would expect the guideline of 1.5x to be too much for Acros due to its structure

I would reshoot. The true speed of this film is about EI 64. Pointless to do anything else.
