Hello
Has anybody got a successful time for developing Neopan 400 at 3200Iso in rodinal?

1) You cannot push film. It doesn't work.
2) Rodinal gives a lower speed than D-76
Shoot this film at about 200 if you want to use Rodinal.

Re: Neopan 400 @3200 in rodinal
I would stand develop using 1:100 mix for 2 hours @20C. 5ml of Rodinal in 500ml of water in a standard tank or 7.5ml in 750ml... Pre-soak the film for 10-15 minutes first, then agitate for the first minute followed by gentle agitation for a few seconds every 30 minutes, then stop, fix as normal.
Personally, pushing neopan 400 to 3200 is a bad idea, I've tried it a couple of times in an emergency and either get results ranging from nothing at all to some very contrasty negs. I regularly use tri-x at 800 and 1600, and this works okay in rodinal using stand development, and at an EI of 800 with standard methods too. IME Neopan doesn't take pushing too well...
Good luck
