I like Neopan 400 and though I have not been shooting much B&W for the last couple of years (due to injuries) I used very little of the 1600 anyway. I have been shooting the 1600 at EI 650 and the 400 at EI 250. I had rotator cuff surgery and am having some back pain that limit how much I can carry, so I got a new 180mm Elmarit-R (the second, smaller and lighter one) and plan to do some more B&W next summer. The Neopan 1600 was difficult to work with and really doesn't offer that much more speed. The Kodak TMZ will be my super-high-speed-film if I need it.
