Metol1g
Sodium Sulfite (anhydrous)75g
Hydroquinone9g
Sodium Carbonate (monohydrate*)30g
Potassium Bromide5g
Cold water to make1000ml
Mixing Instructions: Add chemicals in specified sequence.
Dilution: Use undiluted or 1+1 to reduce contrast.
Usage: Starting point dev time: 4 mins (tray), 5 mins (tank)

Notes 

*multiply amount by 0.833 if using Sodium Carbonate in anhydrous form.

Decreasing development time or increasing dilution will reduce contrast.
